Mary joined U.S. Soccer in 2013 to help launch the Federation's development programming. Mary's nonprofit and development background includes United Way, Greenheart International and Peace Corps in Ukraine. Mary shares her alma mater, the College of William & Mary, with U.S. WNT Head Coach Jill Ellis, and her first job was as a sports writer for her Pennsylvania hometown newspaper, The Gettysburg Times.

Jason joined U.S. Soccer in 2016 to provide additional support for Circle members and Development communications. Previously, Jason worked in a variety of service based roles with the Colorado Rapids, St. Louis Rams & Houston Astros. Jason played soccer at Meramec Community College before graduating from Missouri State University with a B.S. in Entertainment Management. A native of "The Hill" neighborhood in St .Louis (same as four starters from the 1950 U.S. MNT...), Jason believes U.S. Soccer might just be in his blood.

Jenna joined U.S. Soccer in 2015 to provide logistical support for U.S. Soccer VIP travel programs, events Fantasy Camps and Circle member needs. She previously worked in the Community Relations department for the Los Angeles Galaxy and Portland Timbers. As a Division I player from Portland State University with a unique degree specialzing in the Administration of Children, Youth and Family Programs, she is a strong advocate for soccer.

Rachel joined U.S. Soccer as the Major Gifts Officer for the New York Metropolitan Area in 2015. Previously, Rachel played a key role at Mount Sinai Health System in New York and the Development Department's successful $2 billion campaign. Rachel has a background in sports public relations with the University of South Florida, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and St. John's University. Born in Boston but a Florida native, Rachel earned her B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.

Matt Van Winkle
Matt joined U.S. Soccer as the Major Gifts Officer for the Bay Area in 2016. Matt previously worked for Stanford University where he managed reunion campaigns and helped grow support from annual leadership donors. Matt has a Masters in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University. Although he has lived in San Francisco for the past 6 years, Matt originally hails from Connecticut.
