ABOUT THE U.S. SOCCER FANTASY CAMP
+ WHAT IS THE U.S. SOCCER FANTASY CAMP?
The U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp is the most exclusive fan-player opportunity offered by U.S. Soccer. Led by U.S. Soccer staff and former Men’s National Team players, this fantasy camp provides adults and players with a training experience that mirrors the U.S. Men’s National Team January Training Camp environment.
+ WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE U.S. SOCCER FANTASY CAMP BE HELD?
The U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp will be hosted in Los Angeles at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center from 1:00 pm on Friday, January 26, 2018 through 1:00 pm on Monday, January 29, 2018.
+ WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMP?
To participate in the U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp, all players must be male and 21 or older.
+ ARE THERE ANY SKILL-LEVEL REQUIREMENTS?
No. Players of all skill levels are welcome at the U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp.
+ HOW DOES A PARTICIPANT RESERVE A SPOT?
Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. U.S. Soccer encourages you to reserve your place as soon as possible. + HOW MANY TRAINING DAYS WILL THE PARTICIPANTS HAVE?
The U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp will include four days of a mix of trainings, regen sessions, professionally led meetings and other activities that will mirror the National Training Camp environment.
+ WHAT TRAINING GEAR WILL I RECEIVE?
Campers will receive official U.S. Soccer gear including: a bag, two full Nike training kits, casual apparel, a personalized U.S. Men’s National Team jersey and other gear. All gear will be provided to participants at Camp.
Campers must bring their own cleats, footwear, and shin guards.
+ WILL I MEET ANY OF THE CURRENT NATIONAL TEAM PLAYERS?
While there may be some informal opportunities to interact with the senior team, please know that U.S. Soccer CANNOT guarantee any meetings or autographs as part of the U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp experience.
+ I LIVE IN THE AREA. CAN I JUST PARTICIPATE IN THE TRAINING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES?
The U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp is meant to mirror a National Team Camp training environment. Participants will train together, eat together, and stay in the hotel together. In order to keep this experience as authentic as possible and provide the best experience for all, Camp opportunities cannot be broken out into different parts.
+ I AM TRAVELLING FROM OUT OF TOWN. HOW WILL I GET TO CAMP?
Just as at National Team Camps, transportation will be provided to and from the airport. If you are driving into Camp, we will provide parking instructions for the hotel.
+ WHO WILL I ROOM WITH?
Just as at National Team Camps, each player is assigned a roommate. Should you be attending Camp with a friend or another family member, U.S. Soccer will attempt to accommodate rooming requests. However, this is not guaranteed. Please speak with U.S. Soccer staff ahead of the trip to review options.
+ WILL THERE BE A TRAINER ON-SITE?
Yes. U.S. Soccer will ensure a trainer is available for the duration of camp. Participants will have access to treatment and take part in regen sessions throughout the week.
ABOUT YOUR DONATION
+ WHAT IS THE DONATION PER PARTICIPANT TO REGISTER?
Participation in the U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp is made possible through a $3,995 donation to the U.S. Soccer Federation. This amount covers all camp costs, as well as a tax-deductible gift to support the growth of soccer in the United States. U.S. Soccer is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and will formally recognize your gift after the event for tax-purposes.
+ WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DONATION?
The donation amount covers training expenses, hotel accommodations, all meals, , ground transportation (including airport transfers), a personalized U.S. Soccer jersey, full U.S. Soccer training kits, an honorary one-year membership in the Supporters Circle of the Development Fund, and more.
+ HOW MUCH OF THE DONATION IS TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?
For a donation to be considered tax-deductible, no goods or services can be received in exchange for the donation. U.S. Soccer will provide documentation after the event outlining what portion of your donation is considered tax deductible based on final camp expenses. Currently, in good faith, U.S. Soccer estimates that approximately 50% of your donation will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Some of major Camp expenses per player are outlined below.

- Coaching and National Team Administration -- $275

- U.S. Soccer VIP and Behind-the-Scenes Activities -- $100
+ DOES THE DONATION INCLUDE AIRFARE??
The U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp donation does not include airfare to/from Los Angeles. Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from Camp.
+ I HAVE MULTIPLE PLAYERS INTERESTED IN ATTENDING. ARE THERE ANY GROUP DISCOUNTS?

+ IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN OR SCHEDULE?
The preferred payment method for U.S. Soccer planning purposes is for the participant to make the entire donation immediately upon registration. Should you have any questions about this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 312-528-1220.
+ HOW DO I MAKE MY DONATION?
All donations can be made via credit card through the online registration form or call U.S. Soccer to provide your credit card details by telephone. You may send a check; however, please note that your spot will not be confirmed until the check is received. + WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For any participant who cancels before January 5th, 2018 (three weeks prior to Camp), U.S. Soccer will refund 50% of the payment. For any cancellation after January 5th, 2018, U.S. Soccer will refund 25% of the payment in recognition of the costs related to reserving your space. Should the participant need to cancel, all payments made will automatically be recognized as tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Participants who need to cancel their registration for the U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp in Los Angeles also have the option to use their payment as a credit for a future U.S. Soccer Fantasy Camp with U.S. Soccer. If this occurs, U.S. Soccer will notify the participant of future Camp opportunities as soon as they are made available. If there is a difference in price in the two Camps, the participant will be appropriately refunded or responsible for making up the difference.
Should U.S. Soccer cancel the Camp for any reason, we will provide a full refund.
