Important Patrons Program Details

  • HEALTH & SAFETY. The health and safety of our players, staff, and guests is U.S. Soccer’s top priority. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination for all guests will be required to participate, and all Patrons will be integrated into the National Team protocol for Covid-19 testing. For the health and safety of the team or staff, should U.S. Soccer determine it is unsafe to host a Patrons Program in Mexico, the Federation reserves the right to cancel the program and refund all associated donations. Should a guest become sick in advance of the event, the guest should not attend and may produce confirmation from a health provider to be fully refunded. U.S. Soccer may adjust programming if necessary to ensure the health and safety of all participants.

  • EXCLUSIONS. Please note that the following are not included as part of the Patron experience: flights to Mexico, player meet and greets, or player autographs. While U.S. Soccer will provide higher-access opportunities, U.S. Soccer cannot guarantee players will engage with Patrons as players’ focus is expected to be on game preparation.

  • TICKETS. Patrons will enjoy tickets within the ticketing allotment provided by the host federation to best enjoy the atmosphere and energy of the match.

  • HOTEL. For security reasons, hotel details can only be provided after guest registration. Patrons are asked to please maintain the confidentiality of the hotels, to comply with National Team event and security protocols.

  • TRIP PREPARATION. In advance of the event, U.S. Soccer staff will follow up with registered guests to confirm a range of details. Please be prepared to: (1) Sign and return your Patrons Agreement; (2) Provide official documentation for you and all guests showing proof of Covid-19 vaccinations; (3) Share your flight details to allow for airport pick-up and drop-off; (4) Complete a short survey providing relevant information, including jersey size.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY. Patrons may cancel up 40 days in advance (February 11) without penalty, and receive a full refund. From February 12 to February 28, U.S. Soccer will refund 75% of the registration donations, retaining some contributions to cover the cost of any non-refundable arrangements U.S. Soccer organized for the Patron. For any cancellations in March, U.S. Soccer will refund 50% of the registration donation. With the remaining donation, new Patrons will be recognized as a Captains Circle member; for current Coaches Circle or Presidents Circle members, the remaining donation will be recognized as a new tax-deductible gift supporting the U.S. Soccer Development Fund.
